Sure, I can try to add some CSS to make the table and the summary look nicer and more readable. Here is my attempt:

We asked some people to apply to the Skills Immigration streams because of these things:
- Education - how much and what they studied and where they studied
- Eligible professional designations in B.C.
- Language skills
- Occupation
- Duration and skill level of work experience
- Wage and/or skill level of job offer
- Intent to live, work and settle in a specific region
- Strategic priorities - things that help B.C. with its needs or support new projects

We asked some people to apply under the EI Regional Pilot every month if they had a referral from a community that joined the pilot.
We asked some people to apply to the EI Base stream because of these things:
- The qualified candidate’s registration score
- The specific region where they want to start a business
- The population size of the community where they want to start a business
- Whether the business is new or already existing
- Whether the business is in a sector that we want
We also asked some people to apply to the EI Base stream based on their score only. But we did this less often to keep the processing times short.
General information
We asked people to apply in all streams except Health Authority and International Post-Graduate. Those applicants can apply right away.
Sometimes, the BC PNP will ask people who are in the registration pool to send an application to the program. We ask people based on what they told us in their registrations.
We use the information in the registrations to rank, choose and ask candidates who can help B.C. with its needs.
We may ask some people to support B.C. government priorities, such as helping some business sectors, bringing more people to different regions, and helping new projects.
We manage the number and frequency of ITA draws for all streams to keep the processing times short and to support B.C. priorities.
You can find more details about how we ask people to apply in the program guides.
Scheduled maintenance: Sometimes BCPNP Online may not work between 12:00a.m.-12:30a.m. (PT).
